Bree is a seasoned leader with a career focused on talent development and team building in high-growth, purpose-driven environments. She is currently Site Director at Creative Destruction Lab, supporting deep tech ventures in Biomedical Engineering, Climate Tech, Computing, and Minerals. Bree also serves on the boards of Stoko Design and New Ventures BC, and teaches New Venture Design at UBC Sauder School of Business.

Previously, she held leadership roles at lululemon—where she led retail growth from five stores to IPO—ARITZIA, Bailey Nelson, and Reigning Champ, with a focus on strategy, operations, and leadership development. Bree holds an MBA and B.A. from UBC.
