Kathryn Hayashi is President and CEO of TRIUMF Innovations, the commercialization arm of TRIUMF, Canada’s particle accelerator center, where she fosters industry partnerships and company creation. With over 25 years of experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant, she has worked with not-for-profits, public and private firms, and startup accelerators.

Previously, she was the Founding CFO of Canada’s Centre for Drug Research and Development (CDRD). She currently serves as Director and Audit Chair for the Center for Commercialization and Cancer Immunotherapy, Discovery Parks, and on boards of spinoff companies supporting Canadian innovation.
