Morgan has had over 30 years experience in the tech industry including as CEO of Dees Communications for 10 years which was sold to NICE Systems, a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ. Morgan has served on over 30 tech corporate boards and led or being involved with over $1.6 Billion of tech M&A transactions exits. Currently, in addition to chairing Discovery Park Investment Limited, he is a managing partner with Aqua Mergers and Acquisitions and is a director of Wesgar Industries.

Morgan has been active in the community chairing Great Northern Way Trust, BC Tech, VEF, and Science World and is the past recipient of the BC Tech Bill Thompson Lifetime Achievement award.
